Print-On-Demand

In print-on-demand, the products are not printed until an order is received, which allows a wide selection of products and variants to be offered. When a product is purchased, it is printed with industry standard at the nearest branch of our print shop partner and shipped to the customer.

Due to print-on-demand, there may be longer waiting times. In order to print a product and prepare it for shipping it can be approx. 2-7 working days.

Order

When you order something, you will be asked to provide your personal information on the way to the checkout. You have the choice to open a customer account or to continue your order as a guest.

A registration offers you the following benefits:
– Save your shipping addresses for future orders
– Your shopping cart will be saved for your next visit
– Overview of your latest orders

After we have received your order, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of your order to the e-mail address you have provided.

If you did not receive it, please also check your spam or trash folder.

As soon as we receive your order, we immediately forward the order information to our printing partner. If you want to cancel your order, you can contact our customer service (to be found under customer service). This checks whether the order can still be cancelled. The customer’s right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this.

The following statements apply only if products are defective. For the customer’s right of withdrawal, please note the cancellation policy.

If the products received are defective, you can return them to our return addresses. Before returning the products, please contact our customer service.

Products shipped from our printing partner’s production facilities in the USA and Mexico can be returned to the following address. Address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.

Products shipped from the production facilities of our printing partner in Latvia can be returned to the following address. Address: Lidostas parks, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-2167.

Products shipped from the production facilities of our printing partner in Spain can be returned to the following address. Address: Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.

Products shipped from our printing partner’s production facilities in Australia can be returned to the following address. Address: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (for apparel products); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (for non-apparel products).

Products shipped from the production facilities of our print shop partner in Japan can be returned to the following address. Address: 817-3 Komiyaji, Shinwamachi, Amakusa City, Kumamoto Prefecture, 8 630 101 Japan.

If a product is returned, either the price can be refunded or a product of the same price category can be offered.

Payment

You have the option to pay either via Paypal, via our payment provider Stripe or via Crypto.com.

Stripe offers the possibility to pay via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.

Paypal offers the possibility to pay via Paypal account, but also via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, iDEAL, giropay and Venmo without Paypal account.

Crypto.com offers the possibility to pay with 30+ tokens, including CRO, ETH, BTC, XRP and DOGE.

Via the payment service provider PayPal we offer you different payment methods. During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the PayPal website depending on your selection. There you can enter your payment details, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and confirm the payment order to PayPal. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, you must be registered there in order to be able to pay the invoice amount. first register and legitimize with your access data.

However, you can also use the variant of guest payment via PayPal. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction.

If you have chosen the payment method credit card, you do not need a PayPal account to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out and your card charged by your credit card company immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and after your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder as requested by PayPal.

For payment processing via PayPal – in addition to our GTC – the GTC and the privacy policy of PayPal apply.

Unfortunately, for technical reasons, this is not possible otherwise.

There are three different currencies available to you to pay for your order. On the left side of the screen you can choose between Euro, US Dollar and Pound Sterling. If you use Crypto.com at the checkout, you can pay with 30+ tokens, including CRO, ETH, BTC, XRP and DOGE.

Delivery/Shipping

It takes about 2-7 business days to print the products. After that, the products will be shipped by the selected shipping method. Shipping times here vary depending on where the order is being shipped from and which shipping method is chosen.

Shipping from the USA:

Shipping within the USA:

• Flat Rate (Standard) (3-4 business days after fulfillment)
• Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment)
• Overnight (1 business day after fulfillment)

International shipping from the USA:

• Flat Rate (Standard) (5-20 business days after fulfillment)
• Standard DDP (3-5 business days after fulfillment) Canada only
• Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment)

International shipping from Europe:

• Flat Rate (Standard) (5-20 business days after fulfillment)
• Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment)

 

If a product is shipped within the United States, the total waiting time can take between 3 and 11 days depending on the shipping method, destination and fulfillment time.

For international shipments from the USA, the total waiting time can take between 3 and 27 days depending on the shipping method, destination and fulfillment time.

Also with international shipping from Europe, the total waiting time can take between 3 and 27 days depending on the shipping method, destination and fulfillment time.

After the products of your order have been printed and are ready for the shipping, you will receive an e-mail in which you will be provided with the tracking information of the shipping.

Since our printing partner has factories almost everywhere around the globe, we can offer our products worldwide. The shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method and the number and type of products. For detailed information’s about the shipping costs see our Payment/Shipping page.

Not every product is permanently available at every location of our printing partner. But don’t worry, these individual products will then be shipped internationally from the USA.

If the desired products are not in stock at a nearby branch of our printing partner, these products are then shipped internationally from the USA. In these cases, additional taxes or costs (e. g. customs duties) may apply to the end customer, which are not invoiced by us and have to be paid directly by the customer to the customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for details.

Products such as snapback-caps and smartphone-cases are shipped separately and can therefore have a different arrival time than products such as hoodies, t-shirts, etc. of the same order.

Personal data

Your personal customer account can be viewed at any time in the “My Account” section. There you have the possibility to change your data or view current and previous orders.

To log in, enter your e-mail address and your personal password.

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on ” Lost your password? ” when you log in. You will then receive a new password via e-mail.

The protection of your privacy is important to us. In the footer you will find the link “Privacy Policy”. There we inform you about the handling of your data.
